🌸 Returns and Refunds

All Maniko Creations products are handmade with great care and love. If something doesn't go as expected, here are the conditions to know:

📦 Shipping Issues 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and details. I will open a claim with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

↩️ Right of Withdrawal (EU) You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, including weekends and public holidays, without giving any reason. To request a return, log in to your account at: https://account.manikocreations.com Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Once the product is received and inspected, I will process the refund within 14 days.

🎨 Personalised Items Custom-made items (names, initials, phrases or specific requests) are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, as they are products clearly made to the customer's specifications. If the error is on my part, I will gladly make a new version or we will find a solution together.

🌈 Small Differences As these are handcrafted creations, slight variations in colour, shape or details are not defects, but unique characteristics of handmade work.

🔄 Change of Mind

I accept returns of standard (non-personalized) items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is undamaged, unused, and returned in appropriate condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

💶 Refund
Once the returned item is received, I will issue the refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (usually 5–7 business days for the bank transfer to process).
